The committee shall present the slate of candidates, along with their qualifications and platform, and ballots, to the membership by mail within 30 days prior to the tabulating of the vote.
The committee shall be responsible for tabulating the results of the mail ballot.
The committee shall notify the Secretary, in writing, of the election results. Election statistics including the total number of votes cast and the distribution of those cast are to be included in the election report. The ballots cast shall be turned over to the Secretary for the records.

The candidates shall be ranked in descending order by number of votes
received. If one or more of the nominated candidates is displaced by a

write-in candidates who displaced them, with longer terms (if there are any)
going to the write-ins with the most votes.
All ballots must make provision for write-in candidates.
